Festival Entry and Reservation Forms


DOWNTOWN ACTIVITY BOOTHS: 2017 Booths are full.

Pumpkinfest offers three types of activity booths.

NON-PROFIT Booths -   Non-profit booths are offered to groups wishing to benefit non-profit organizations or charities.  
                                           These booths must contain a game or activity which the public will pay for using tickets purchased from the
                                           ticket booths at Pumpkinfest.  Proceeds for their ticket collection is given to the non-profit or charity.
2)  ARTISAN Booth         -   New this Year!  These booths are offered to artists or crafters wishing to sell hand made or crafted merchandise
                                            in a booth downtown. A Photo of your product and booth setup are required with the submission of your
3)  MERCHANT Booth   -   These booths, are offered for businesses and merchants wishing to sell a professionally manufactured product
                                            or merchandise in the downtown area. A photo of your product and booth setup are required with the
                                            submission of your application.

Pumpkinfest Tent Area Booth Requirements: Applicants and/or Exhibitors provide:

  • 10x10, or 10x20 straight legged tent.
  • Tables, displays or chairs for you or those working with you.
  • Decor to decorate your tent.  We ask you decorate your space in accordance to your business theme, a Fall Theme or in line with the Parade theme.
  • Sufficient amounts of product to sell for 2 days to a mass public.  Should you run out of product or prizes, you will still be required to remain open during Festival hours.
  • Booths are not available for MLM Marketers, Political or for Propaganda uses. 
  • Booths (dependent upon type) will contain either a game, craft, professional or artisan merchandise.
  • The Pumpkinfest executive committee reserves the right, at their distinction to limit the number of "like" vendors, merchandise or games admitted to the festival.

 As there is a Farmers Market and Food Vending area at the festival, the downtown booths may not contain homemade foods or
beverages for sale. Booths must be in compliance with all State and Federal tax and licensing laws which apply to the distribution of their product or merchandise.

2017 Hours of Operation:
Saturday, September 24th            10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday, September 25th              11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Merchant or Artisan Booths:

Included at Pumpkinfest are Artist and Merchant Booths which are operated by small business vendors of all different kinds. 
Many of these are local artist or business owners in our area.  Come and see all they have to offer!

2)  ARTISAN BOOTH CRITERIA:  These booths must be artist or craft based. Containing a hand crafted specialized art or craft. 
     Sales are the responsibility of the artist.

*** Electricity is not available in the downtown booth area for any booths. Any unauthorized connections will be removed.


The South Lyon Fall Craft Show
 inside Millennium Middle School

approximately one mile south of the festival, on 9 Mile rd.

The Scarecrow Contest is hosted by:
 Kensington Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Judging will be held on Sunday, September. 24th.

Lead the Parade!  The Pumpkinfest 5K Run leads the Pumpkinfest Parade down Pontiac Trail.  Enjoy the exhilaration of thousands of cheering spectators.

The run take place at Millennium Middle School, 61526 9 Mile Rd, South Lyon, MI 48178.

Runners should park in the Millennium Middle School parking lot that enters off of Pontiac Trail.

Packet Pick Up and Race-Day Registration starts at 8:30 at the white tent in the northwest corner of the parking lot.

The race starts at 9:50.
