The theme for the 2017 Vibe Credit Union Pumpkinfest Parade:

Pumpkinfest offers three types of activity booths.

NON-PROFIT Booths -   Non-profit groups wishing to support organizations and charities.  
                                                These booths must contain a game or activity which the public will pay for with a ticket purchased from the
                                                event ticket booths.  
2)  ARTISAN Booth         -    New this Year!  These booths are offered to artist or crafters wishing to have a booth downtown.
3)  MERCHANT Booth   -    Support our local businesses and merchants wishing to sell their merchandise in the downtown area.

2017 Hours of Operation:
Saturday, September 24th            10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday, September 25th              11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Merchant or Artisan Booths:

Included at Pumpkinfest are Artist and Merchant Booths which are operated by small business vendors of all different kinds. 
Many of these are local artist or business owners in our area.  Come and see all they have to offer!

2)  ARTISAN BOOTH CRITERIA:  These booths must be artist or craft based. Containing specialized art or craft. 
     Sales are final and the responsibility of the artist.

**A photo of your display is to be submitted with your application.   
3)  MERCHANT BOOTH CRITERIA:  These booths must be Merchant or Business based. 
      Sales are final and the responsibility of the business owner.

1) Propaganda or Political booths will not be accepted in the downtown booth areas. 

2) MLM (Multi Level Marketing) Organizations, Subscription or Contract based businesses are not
    accepted in the downtown area.  Booths must be product based.  Contracts are not to be solicited
    during the Festival.  Gambling, give-a-way drawings are not to be conducted during Pumpkinfest.
Merchants and artists are self reliant. The are solely responsible for their own merchandise & methods of
     payment, via cash or credit.  
4) Pumpkinfest reserves the right to allow limited or like number of artist/merchandise.  A photo of your booth
     shall be submitted with your application, for approval.

*** Electricity is not available in the Downtown booth area. Any unauthorized connections will be removed.


The South Lyon Fall Craft Show is held inside Millennium Middle School. The show features a variety of handmade items made by Michigan artisans.
This is a perfect opportunity to get a jump on your holiday shopping and find those one-of-a-kind gifts.
Items available range from jewelry to yard ornaments, candles and cooking products, as well as seasonal decor.
There will be hourly raffle drawing to win prizes donated by our 100+ crafters.

The Scarecrow Contest is hosted by:
 Kensington Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Judging will be held on Sunday, September. 24th.

Lead the Parade!  The Pumpkinfest 5K Run leads the Pumpkinfest Parade down Pontiac Trail.  Enjoy the exhilaration of thousands of cheering spectators.

The run take place at Millennium Middle School, 61526 9 Mile Rd, South Lyon, MI 48178.

Runners should park in the Millennium Middle School parking lot that enters off of Pontiac Trail.

Packet Pick Up and Race-Day Registration starts at 8:30 at the white tent in the northwest corner of the parking lot.

The race starts at 9:50.
